SHIPPING POLICY:

EVERY ORDER PLACED IN THE CURRENT SALE WILL ALWAYS BE DISPATCHED ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY OF EACH WEEK, THE DISPATCH DATE WILL ALWAYS BE SEE ON OUR MAIN PAGE AT THE TOP. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PACKAGED YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED BY YOU IN YOUR PURCHASE.

EVERY ORDER PLACED IN THE SURPLUS SALE ON SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS BEFORE 10AM, WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY, MONDAY AND IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AFTER 10AM, IT WILL BE DISPATCHED ON TUESDAY.

ALL ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY IF THE WEEK CELEBRATES A HOLIDAY.

And Creative Sugar is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order, due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not responsible for lost packages, even if they appear in the tracking system as delivered.

The shipping cost stated on your order is based on the charges under Priority Mail packages established by the USPS but this may vary depending on weight and distance. If the amount is greater, Y Creative Sugar will cover it in full.

All orders returned misdirected or incomplete are subject to an additional charge if you still want the product. It is your responsibility to correctly enter your address into the system once you make payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason once Y Creative Sugar sends you your tracking number.

If you place an order it does not mean that it is shipped immediately, our store has stipulated the order shipments and you will always find it in the header of our page.

And Creative Sugar is not responsible for delays at USPS offices due to seasonal high volume.
